With the hello again app, customers can redeem their collected points for attractive rewards. Here you can find out how to redeem rewards and what options are available.

You decide which rewards you want to offer your customers. You can easily manage the creation of rewards in the dashboard.

Activate & redeem bonus


In your loyalty club app, you have the option of offering your customers various options for redeeming their loyalty points.

The rewards are clearly structured in your app's loyalty club, so that every customer has an overview of their available rewards at all times. This way, you can ensure that your customers can choose from a variety of attractive options to convert their loyalty points into exciting rewards.

  1. Directly in the brick-and-mortar store
    Your customers activate a voucher or benefit in the app. This is then valid for a certain period of time. At the checkout, the voucher is validated by the checkout staff or by the end consumer with a click on their smartphone.

  3. In the online shop - Your customers receive a voucher code for your online shop. 
  4. Free products that are shipped: After activating the voucher, your customers will be directed straight to the address entry page, and you can simply send the loyalty gift they have received.
