What is a premium?
A bonus is a special benefit that you can offer your customers as a reward for their loyalty. This could be, for example:
- Free products 🎁
- 1+1 promotions – Buy one, get one free!
- Discounts – e.g. , 10% off your next purchase 🛍️
- Donation rewards – Customers can donate their points to a good cause ❤️
- Coupons – Activatable discounts that are automatically deducted from your next purchase
- These rewards will make your loyalty program even more attractive and keep your customers motivated! 🚀
How to create rewards 🎯
There are three optionsTo create rewards for your customers:

Redeemable types for rewards
- There are several ways your customers can redeem a reward:
- 🏪 In-store redemption – The reward is redeemed by presenting it in the store, often with a static QR code or barcode.
📦 Shipping – The reward is sent to the customer's specified address.
🔑 Promo codes – One-time valid codes that can be redeemed online or in-store.
⚡ Instant redemption – Ideal for donation rewards or when customers need to be added to a guest list.

The functions in detail
- 🎁 Flexible allocation – rewards can either be redeemed for points or given to customers free of charge.
- 👥 Segmented rewards – Determine which customer groups can see and redeem a reward.
- 📅 Visibility & redemption period – Rewards may be visible in advance, but can only be redeemed at a later date.
- 💰 Select points account – Specify which account the points will be deducted from (e.g., standard points account or stamp account).
- ✅ Activation & deactivation – Rewards can be managed and activated or deactivated at any time in the dashboard.
- 🔓 Reward activation before redemption – You can set it up so that customers must activate a reward before it can be redeemed. The points will be deducted upon activation.
Redeemable types for rewards
- There are various ways in which customers can redeem their rewards:
- 🏪 Present in store – The reward is redeemed on site, e.g., via a static QR or barcode and an adjustable countdown.
- 📦 Shipping of the reward – The reward will be sent to the customer's registered address.
- 🔑 Promo codes – One-time valid codes that can be redeemed online or in-store. Each code can only be used once.
- ⚡ Instant redemption – Ideal for automated actions, such as adding someone to a guest list or donating points to a good cause.
Redemption restrictions & reward details
📌 Redemption restrictions help you control how your rewards are used. You can specify how often a reward can be redeemed per customer:
- X times per day, week, month, year, or unlimited
- Once every X days (e.g., once every 30 days)
📄 Individual descriptions – Each reward can contain multiple descriptions, e.g.:
- Detailed description: What does the premium include?
- Redemption description: How and where can it be redeemed?
🖼 Images for the rewards overview – Upload a detailed image for the rewards description and a preview image for the rewards list to increase appeal.
These settings ensure clear communication and an appealing rewards experience for your customers!
