Customers and segments – An overview 👥

The better you know your customers, the more targeted your interactions with them can be. In the dashboard, you can manage customers, create segments, and control targeted actions.

Segments allow you to define groups with similar interests or behaviors—e.g., "top customers," "new customers," or "birthday boys and girls." This enables you to run even more targeted campaigns. You can find more information here:

🔹 Understanding customer details
Each user has their own profile view with relevant data such as points balance, transactions, or recent activities. This data helps you set individual incentives and personalized offers.

📌 What you see in the contact overview

In the contact overview, you will find all users registered in your app. With the user filter, you can search for specific contacts and call up individual user profiles.

🔍 What the contact list offers you:

  • An overview of important demographic data
  • Export, import, and invitation tools for contacts
  • Direct actions such as crediting points, assigning segments, or sending messages

👁 Contact details:
Clicking on the blue eye icon opens the contact details, where you can find further information:

  • Registration data, check-in history, points balance, and last activity
  • Live feed & activities to analyze your customers' behavior
  • Message history with all sent messages
  • Technical details on end devices & privacy log

Perform direct actions:
Under "Perform action," you can:
✅ Manually add or deduct points
✅ Perform a manual check-in
✅ Redeem a reward for the contact
✅ Permanently delete or edit the contact
