[Mehrfachpunkte-Regel](http://knowledge.helloagain.com/addons?hsLang=de#mehrfachpunkte-regel) # Mehrfachpunkte-Regel ## Hier beschreiben wir die Mehrfachpunkte-Regel und was du damit erreichen kannst. ### Was sind Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln? Mit den Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln können Dashboard Manager spezifische Regeln erstellen, die es Nutzern ermöglichen, zusätzliche Punkte für bestimmte Aktionen zu sammeln. Diese Regeln bieten eine flexible Möglichkeit, das Sammeln von Punkten zu fördern und bestimmte Nutzeraktivitäten zu belohnen. **Die erstellten Regeln werden im Dashboard unter "Incentivierung" -\> "Treuepunkte" angezeigt** und können nach den individuellen Bedürfnissen des Unternehmens angepasst werden. ### Was kann mit den Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln eingestellt werden? Dashboard Manager können folgende Parameter für die Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln festlegen: 1. **Regelname:** Jede Regel kann mit einem einzigartigen Namen versehen werden, um sie klar zu identifizieren und von anderen Regeln abzugrenzen. 2. **Hervorhebung der vergebenen Punkte:** Es kann festgelegt werden, wie die zusätzlich vergebenen Punkte im Verlauf des Nutzers hervorgehoben werden. So wird deutlich, welche Aktivitäten zu einer Mehrfachpunktevergütung geführt haben. 3. **Zeitraum der Regel:** Der Zeitraum, in dem die Regel aktiv ist, kann genau definiert werden. So kann eine Regel beispielsweise nur für einen bestimmten Monat oder ein spezielles Event gelten. 4. **Mehrfachpunktefaktor**: Der Mehrfachpunktefaktor bestimmt, wie viele zusätzliche Punkte ein Nutzer für eine bestimmte Aktion erhält. Beispiel: Ein Faktor von 2x bedeutet, dass der Basispunktewert für die jeweilige Aktion verdoppelt wird. ### Unterstützte Nutzeraktivitäten Derzeit können folgende Nutzeraktivitäten für die Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln verwendet werden: - **Coupon Scan**: Nutzer erhalten zusätzliche Punkte, wenn sie einen Coupon scannen. - **Registrierung**: Neue Nutzer erhalten für ihre Anmeldung Mehrfachpunkte. - **Angabe von bestimmten Feldern**: Zum Beispiel das Opt-in für den Newsletter, das mit zusätzlichen Punkten belohnt wird. ### Einschränkung auf ein Nutzersegment Es besteht die Möglichkeit, die Mehrfachpunkte-Regeln auf bestimmte Nutzersegmente zu beschränken.
