Which emails from Apple/Google are important and which are not?
Basically, it's always a good idea to forward us emails that you don't understand. In this article, we list a few topics that are particularly important and those that you can ignore.
Which emails are particularly important?
- New agreements:
You should agree to these in your developer account as soon as possible. This will ensure that nothing stands in the way of the next update and that it is submitted more quickly. - Account expiring (Apple): These emails are very important. Update or add your payment method and select "Automatic Renewal." This will prevent your account from expiring and keep the app live in the store.
- Account closed due to inactivity (Google):
These emails are also very important. Please forward them to us at support@helloagain.at.

In principle, new regulations are very important for apps. We always keep an eye on these and update the system accordingly.
