Which emails from Apple/Google are important and which are not?

Basically, it's always a good idea to forward us emails that you don't understand. In this article, we list a few topics that are particularly important and those that you can ignore.

Which emails are particularly important?

  • New agreements:
You should agree to these in your developer account as soon as possible. This will ensure that nothing stands in the way of the next update and that it is submitted more quickly.
  • Account expiring (Apple): These emails are very important. Update or add your payment method and select "Automatic Renewal." This will prevent your account from expiring and keep the app live in the store.
  • Account closed due to inactivity (Google):
These emails are also very important. Please forward them to us at support@helloagain.at.

Which emails could be important?

In principle, new regulations are very important for apps. We always keep an eye on these and update the system accordingly.
Nevertheless, it doesn't hurt to forward this information to us so that nothing gets lost.

Which emails can you ignore?

  • Distribution Certificate from Apple:
    You can ignore this email.
We always update this certificate automatically with the next update.

IMPORTANT: Deadlines in emails are particularly important, as failure to meet them may result in the account being closed. So make sure you meet them, or forward emails to us in good time!
