What do the numbers in the analytics reports mean?

This article provides a basic explanation of analytics figures. It explains where they come from, how they are calculated, and how you can derive added value from them.

1. Frequency statistics:

1.1 Where does the number "visits per user" come from?

The figure is calculated from the number of visits divided by the total number of app users who have made at least one purchase. In other words, how many visits a user has made on average and verifiably (through an activity such as purchases (via connection, RKSV/TSE, POS), coupon scan (if a location is stored), and check-in).

1.2 Why can frequency statistics on Sundays only occur in the morning?
All activities are included in the calculation. This does NOT include push notifications that have been sent or the app being opened. All activities for which points can be awarded are counted. Frequency statistics on Sundays are usually concentrated in the morning due to the birthday points that are awarded in the morning.

2. Line chart of sales:

Where can I view visually appealing sales statistics so that I can more easily identify high-sales days? How does identifying high-sales days benefit me?

You will find a line graph on the dashboard's home page with the heading "Sales." Campaign results can be explained here. If a campaign was particularly successful and boosted sales, you can see this from the high-sales days.
