Why is my customer not receiving push notifications?

If a customer is not receiving push notifications, please check the following steps:

  1. Send yourself a test message: Start by sending yourself a test message. You can do this by creating a campaign and clicking "Send test message" once you're done.

  2. Do you receive the message on your cell phone?

    • Yes: If you receive the message on your cell phone, the customer may have disabled push notifications for the app. This can be changed in the device settings for both Android and iOS.

    • No: If you do not receive the message, there may be a technical problem. Please send us a support ticket to support@helloagain.at so that we can investigate the issue further. Please let us know which device you are using (Android or iOS).
