RKSV Vouchers – Overview and Management
The RKSV (Cash Register Security Regulation) receipts enable efficient tracking and management of receipts in the dashboard in order to meet legal requirements and organize cash register transactions clearly.
1️⃣ Overview of RKSV vouchers
The RKSV queue provides a list of all receipts that have been registered in the system. The table contains the following information:
- Timestamp: Time when the document was created.
- Customer: The name of the customer, if known.
- Valid: Status of the document's validity (e.g., "Unknown").
- Details: Here you can view further information about a document.
Filter options:
The list can be filtered by validity or time period to search for specific documents.

2️⃣ Show details about an RKSV voucher
Clicking on the eye icon under Details opens an overview with the following information:
Document details:
- Timestamp: Date and time when the document was created.
- ID: Unique identification number of the document.
- Total: Total amount of the document.
- Code: Encrypted security code of the document.
Cashbox details:
- UID: Company's sales tax identification number.
- Company Info: Information about the company.
- Cashbox ID: ID of the cash register used.
- Serial Number: Serial number of the cash register.
- Valid: Validity status (e.g., "Unknown").
- Location Selection: Option to assign a location for the document.
3️⃣ Promotions for RKSV vouchers

Accept receipt:
Click the green "Accept" button to confirm and process the receipt. -
Reject document:
An incorrect document can be rejected by clicking on the red "Reject" button.
4️⃣ Exporting data
Export options are available at the bottom of the page:
- Export: Export the document data to a CSV or Excel file.
- Export cash register statistics: Create a report on the statistics from the cash register.
With these functions, the RKSV queue offers a central management option for all receipts that must comply with legal requirements. It supports companies in efficiently implementing the Cash Register Security Regulation.
