We are expanding the functionality of our push notifications! Starting with your next app update, you will have the option to make your one-time push notifications visible for even longer. Customers who have not read your message will see it when they open the app. You can decide for yourself how long a message should remain visible afterwards—allowing you to reach more customers with targeted, personalized messages.
Key facts at a glance
- Adjust display duration: Determine how long a one-time push notification should remain visible. The default setting is always 7 days.
- Increase your reach: Even users who have not activated notifications will see the message when they open the app—this will help you make your campaigns even more successful!
- One-time push notifications: As mentioned above, this feature can only be used for one-time push notifications.
