This feature allows you to automatically or manually determine your customers' favorite branch and display it both in your dashboard and in the app.

- Automatic calculation: The favorite branch is determined based on shopping behavior, e.g., by the most recently or most frequently visited branch.
- Manual selection: Customers can manually select their favorite branch in the app, overriding the automatic calculation.
- Display in the app: Opening hours, location information, and the status of your favorite branch are displayed directly in the app, provided this option is activated.
- Dashboard report: In the dashboard, you can see which branches are preferred and how often, and use this data for campaigns or location optimization.
