How can points be exchanged for rewards?
For rewards that are "handed over in store," select the desired reward in the app, click on "Redeem," and show it to the sales staff. The reward will then be handed over.

This should be taken into account when choosing a premium:
- Reward goals must be achievable for the user.
- The first reward should be quick and easy to achieve. A welcome reward for downloading the app shows the user how to redeem it.
- It is important to have a good mix of rewards. The selection should consist of rewards that are easy and difficult to achieve. What is in stock? What are the hits/best sellers?
Our recommendation:
At least 3 different rewards to choose from (at least 1 per reward type)
Pro tip:
Offer two rewards with the same value and the same number of points so that users have a choice and the reward selection can always be adjusted accordingly to keep the reward shop attractive.
The following types of premiums are available:
- Product bonus, e.g., a jacket, a mug, a spare part, T-shirts, etc.
- Service premium, e.g., consulting services, service appointment, tire change, etc.
- Value bonus, e.g., 25% discount on spare parts or a specific product group, $50 voucher, etc.
- Seasonal bonus, e.g., products for winter or summer, Father's Day bonus, etc.
- Experience bonus in combination with partners, e.g., concert tickets, amusement park, ski pass, restaurant voucher, zoo admission, etc.
Premiums can be transferred as follows:
- Handing over in store: The bonus is redeemed on site and must be shown to staff. A countdown timer will start.
- Promo Code: This reward stores promotional codes that are sent to the user after redemption. The promo code can be displayed in the form of an EAN/QR code, a link, or an (alpha)numeric code.
- Shipping: The reward will be sent by mail. When redeeming, the user will be asked for their address if it is not already known.
- Immediately: The reward is redeemed immediately but will be sent by another method (e.g., guest list, email).
