The rewards marketplace is a central platform within your dashboard that allows you to integrate attractive rewards from partner companies directly into your app. This enables you to offer your customers a diverse selection of rewards without having to develop your own.
🏠 Where can I find the rewards marketplace?
1️⃣ Open the dashboard
2️⃣ Navigate to "Incentives"
3️⃣ Click on "Rewards Marketplace"
Here you can see an overview of all available rewards that you can add directly to your rewards offer.

🛒 How to use the rewards marketplace
1️⃣ Browse partner rewards
🔹Open the dashboard
🔹Navigate to "Incentives"
🔹Click on"Rewards Marketplace"
🔹Choose from various categories, from discounts to free products to vouchers.
2️⃣ Adjust premiums
🔹Name - this was determined by the rewards partner.
🔹Points required - decide how many points are required for redemption.
🔹Image - this was determined by the rewards partner.
Advanced settings:
🔹 Display - Customize description. Use this space to give customers a more detailed explanation of the reward.
🔹 Visibility - Set when and for which segment (= customer group, e.g., customers over 50 or women, men, etc.) the reward is visible.
🔹Redemption - Set the period during which the reward can be redeemed.
🔹Custom settings (optional) - Select a points account from which the points will be deducted.
3️⃣ Publish reward
🔹Save the reward as a draft for later editing or
🔹Click "Save & publish" so your app community can redeem the reward in the app right away.
4️⃣ Track redemptions & billing
💰 Billing for paid rewards (e.g., donations or tree plantings) is done monthly based on actual redemptions— with no additional transaction fees via hello again.
Billing example:
A company offers the reward "Plant a tree in Portugal" for €2.00 per redemption in the app:
✔ Period April 4 - May 31, 2023 → Bonus can be redeemed
✔ Billing period 1 (April 4 - April 30) → 32 redemptions x €2.00 = €64.00
✔ Billing period 2 (May 1–May 31) → 57 redemptions x $2.00 = $114.00
✔ The bonus can no longer be redeemed after the end of the period.
This allows premium providers to maintain full control over their costs and flexibly determine how long a premium remains active.
