Customers can delete their accounts at any time. This section records how many customers have deleted their accounts, when they did so, and who performed the deletion.
Due to data protection regulations, no personal data is available after an account has been deleted. It is therefore not possible to trace which specific customer has deleted their account.
Information contained in the overview:
1️⃣ Deleted on: Shows the exact date and time when the user profile was deleted.
2️⃣ Deleted by: Indicates whether the deletion was performed by the app user themselves or via the dashboard.
