Customers can invite friends to join your app and earn points when they successfully sign up.

What exactly can this function do?
Existing customers can invite friends to download the app via a link or by scanning a QR code.
- This can be done easily via Facebook, WhatsApp, text message, email, etc.
- By adding a personal message, your existing customers will attract new customers.
- That's word-of-mouth advertising on a digital level.
If the invited friends register, you can reward existing customers for this and credit them with loyalty points.
- This will strengthen customer loyalty and attract new customers at the same time.
In yourdashboard, you can see the total number of invitations sent in the live feed as well as in the contact details.
The functions in detail
- Customers can invite friends to use your app via an invitation link.
- This link can be sent via text message, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other communication channels.
- A QR code is also available that can be scanned by friends.
- Both the person who is invited and the person who invited them can be rewarded with points.
- Optionally, another successful interaction (e.g., RKSV/TSE scan) can be selected, which must be performed before a user is considered "successfully invited."
- The invitation text can be customized.
- The invitation code is automatically pre-filled when the invited person registers.
- A newly registered user can enter an invitation code in their profile within 24 hours.
- Successful friend invitations are displayed in the live feed of the dashboard and in the contact details of the respective customers involved.
- The rewards for inviting friends can be limited. (You receive a reward for the first 10 invitations, but not after that.) This prevents your customers from inviting an above-average number of people just to collect points.
