View and understand customer details 📳

Our app offers you a practical tool and a powerful database. In this article, you will learn how to use the contact page to quickly and easily view all important customer details.

1. Find customers in the dashboard

  • Open customer overview: Navigate to the "Customers" tab in the dashboard.

  • Direct search: Use the search function to quickly find a specific contact.

  • Filter options: Filter the user list according to criteria such as last app activity or personal preferences.

2. Basic customer details

Click on a customer to view and edit their profile. The page provides a comprehensive overview of all relevant information:

Left side:

  • Contact details: Here you will find your email address, birthday, name, segments, and other user fields.
  • Send message button: Send a message directly to this customer.
  • Execute button action:
    • Add or subtract points.
    • Simulate a manual check-in (if available).

Right side:

  • App information:
    • Last app activity.
    • Current score.
    • Points that will expire soon.

Data verification: You can verify the accuracy of customer data and the assigned segments.

In the "More Info" tab, you can find more detailed technical and legal information about customers, as well as options for managing their settings:

  • Registration details: Shows the date and time of registration and the device used.
  • Login method: Provides information about the login method used (e.g., email, Apple ID, Google), which is helpful in troubleshooting login issues.
  • Email settings: Shows the status of your email confirmation and subscription settings. You can also reactivate newsletters here if they have been deactivated.
  • Phone number verification: Option to verify the phone number manually.
  • Invitation code: Allows manual redemption of an invitation code.
  • Technical and legal information: This includes privacy and device information that is often not relevant for regular app use, but can be helpful for support requests.

Live Feed:

  • Activities: Shows a chronological overview of customer activities, such as registrations or messages received.
  • Messages: A list of sent messages with details such as title, channel, and campaign.

Terminals:

  • Displays information about the customer's registered devices, including registration date, operating system, and app version.
