customer reviews
Get direct feedback from your customers and automatically improve your ratings on external platforms.
What exactly can this function do?
There are essentially two types of assessments:
- Internal feedback: Immediately after an activity (e.g., shopping, business visit, online purchase, etc.), you can automatically ask your customers for feedback (e.g., rating of the service/store/game, etc.). You can reward your customers with loyalty points for this.
- External feedback/reviews: If internal feedback is positive, your customers will be given the opportunity to review your company on external platforms such as Google. This will improve your external reviews and increase their number, which in turn will build trust and make the reviews more relevant to new customers.
If the internal feedback is negative, the review can be viewed directly in the dashboard, and customers can also be contacted individually or automatically.
The added value for you
- If your customers are not satisfied, you will receive valuable feedback that you can incorporate right away.
- You can also contact dissatisfied customers directly and smooth things over.
- If your customers are satisfied, you can benefit from this, not only because they will shop with you again, but also because they can leave positive reviews directly on external platforms such as Google Reviews. This will attract new customers.
- You can conduct different types of surveys to find out what people think about your company, a specific branch, etc. This allows you to respond more specifically to your customers' wishes and increase satisfaction—thus retaining your repeat customers.
