Customer segmentation

Segments allow you to easily group your customers into homogeneous groups using various filters. You can then reuse these segments in all aspects of your loyalty club.

What exactly can this function do?

  • You can assign your customers to a customer segment manually or automatically based on various characteristics. 
  • It will be possible to target each of these customer segments in the future and thereby achieve significantly better results.
    This means, for example, that you can 
    • Send messages to specific user groups
    • Make premiums visible only for certain segments 
    • Customize additional app content for customers
  • This means you can tailor your marketing campaigns to specific target groups and increase your success rate.
  • It is also possible to create your own customer segment by introducing a status. This can then be used for reward design. For example, customers with a turnover of EUR 500 or more are BRONZE customers, and those with a turnover of EUR 1,000 or more are GOLD customers. You can now send GOLD customers different messages or offer them different rewards than BRONZE customers.
  • When you create rewards based on loyalty status, you remain relevant to customers and increase your popularity. You also gain new insights into your customers' behavior.
  • Almost the entire app can be customized to a specific segment.

The functions in detail

  • Dynamic segments can be created based on various customer characteristics. If a customer has the selected characteristic, they become part of the respective segment.
  • There are over 20 different filter properties available that can be used to divide your customers into segments (e.g., gender, age, products purchased, rewards redeemed, points collected, etc.).
  • Segments are updated in near real time. 
  • Segments can be used to send messages to user groups, make rewards visible only to selected segments, and customize other app content for customers.
  • Customers can also be grouped into segments manually.
  • When creating a segment, a quick calculation is available to see how many users fall into this segment. 
  • Segments provide you with new insights into your customer behavior in the Analytics section.
