campaign results
Campaign results take the success of your communication measures to the next level. 🏔️🚀
1. Availability
Results are for one-time campaigns of the type Push notification and email available.Results are only for one-time campaigns that after the launch created by the function.
You only see the results of a campaign when you measure sales. Sales can be measured in two ways:

- Customers scan the fiscal QR code on an invoice (TSE or RKSV).
- Cash register integration transfers this sales data.
2. Calculation
At RKSV/TSE document scans will the turnover including tax used.At Cash register integrations the value used is the one specified by the Cash register system as total sales is transferred to a purchase. Depending on the cash register integration, this value includes the corresponding tax.
3. Campaign measurement period
The standard duration of campaign measurement is 7 days. The measurement duration can be set individually for each campaign in the advanced settings.

Example:

Day 0: A one-time campaign is sent.
Day 1: A customer opens the campaign (push notification or email).
Day 5: Customer makes a purchase worth 100 euros.
This revenue is now considered campaign revenue.
Day 7: The set period for campaign measurement ends.
Day 10: Purchases made after the end of the measurement period no longer count toward the campaign.
4. Additional information and questions
What happens if the customer receives several campaigns, opens them, and then makes a purchase?
In this case, the open campaigns involved share the sales value of the purchase. This is also known as "attribution." For example, for a purchase of $100:
- 2 campaigns involved, then each campaign receives 50 euros
- If you participate in 3 campaigns, each campaign will receive €33.33.
- If you participate in 4 campaigns, each campaign will receive €25.
- etc.
Why does my campaign show €0 in revenue?
Be sure to check that the campaign measurement period has ended before you evaluate a campaign. You can see the status and end time of the campaign measurement in the column next to the generated revenue.
Why do some campaigns generate no sales?
There can be several reasons for this, e.g.
- The campaign was launched prior to the feature's launch (February 2024).
- You are viewing an automated campaign that is sent periodically or after a trigger. Automated campaigns are not currently supported.
