How does the Invite Friends tool work?
The Invite feature makes it easy to invite friends and acquaintances to download your app.
Inviting friends works as follows:
- Sending the link by the customer to an unregistered person
- The person must click on the link, download the app, and register immediately.
- Person must verify their account via email
The invited person can also add the invitation code of the person who sent the invitation to their profile details within 24 hours of registration.
So please check:
Has the limit for inviting friends already been reached?
Is the customer's account verified? You can check this in the customer details under More Information.
Has the invited customer actually completed the registration process?
Did the invited customer register via the invitation link or download the app from the store?
Once all steps have been completed correctly and the new account has been verified, the points will be transferred and will appear in the sender's user details.
