What exactly can this function do?

In your dashboard, you have two options for requesting a review from your customers:

User reviews:

  • User reviews are feedback that can be left directly by users within the app. These reviews may contain specific experiences or suggestions for improvement that they have with the app.
  • They offer a direct means of communication between your customers and your company. You can respond directly to these reviews and take action.

App Store reviews:

  • App Store reviews are ratings and comments that users leave in the App Store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). These reviews are publicly visible and influence the overall rating of the app in the store.
  • They are often shorter and less detailed than user reviews within the app. Reviews usually include a star rating (1 to 5 stars) and a short comment.
  • App Store reviews play an important role in new users' decisions about whether or not to download the app.
