I didn't get any points for inviting friends?

If no points were awarded for inviting friends, check the following: 

• Has the limit for inviting friends already been reached?
• Is the customer's account verified? You can check this in the customer details under More Information.
• Has the invited customer actually completed the registration process?
• Did the invited customer register via the invitation link or download the app from the store?
