What exactly are gamified surveys?
Gamified surveys are questionnaires that incorporate elements from games to make participation more exciting and entertaining for users. These surveys can include various playful mechanisms, such as images or rewards, to motivate users to participate and provide honest and detailed answers. The aim is to increase interaction while collecting valuable data.

Selection of images based on preferences (Like/Dislike Image Survey)

Support for Net Promoter Score questions

How it works in the dashboard/app
How it works in the app

Users start the survey and see a series of images.

You can rate each image with "Like" or "Dislike."

Alternatively, you can also select several images that you like best.

At the end of the survey, specific questions such as the Net Promoter Score can be asked.

The collected responses are displayed in the dashboard and can be used to segment customers.
Create surveys in the dashboard

The new surveys can be found in the dashboard under Content → Surveys .
