Here we explain how you can set up everything for the Games Package.
Wheel of Fortune 🎁
Basic information:
Daily lottery with your customers

Playable once a day, not weekly, monthly, etc.
- 8, 12, or 16 fields available as options
- The wheel of fortune is controlled via the app banner.

Even if the probability of winning is very low, the prize can quickly be snapped up, resulting in the user winning the reward but not being able to redeem it.

Create a wheel of fortune in the dashboard (e.g., for the Christmas season):
You can use the wheel of fortune all year round! During Advent, you can also offer the wheel of fortune as a daily surprise for your customers as an alternative to an Advent calendar.
Special version of the wheel of fortune:
You have the option of displaying a wheel of fortune only after a purchase. Creating it in the dashboard works very similarly here, but the wheel of fortune is displayed automatically and is not controlled via the app banner. You can see how to create it here:
Chances of winning:
Thewheel of fortune has 100% and the probability of winning isdistributed*
How it works:
Imagine the game as a cake divided into pieces of different sizes. Each piece represents a win with a certain probability. (The individual wins)
Daily chance to win:
The odds of winning apply to each daily game. Every day, you will receive the same cake with the same pieces and have the chance to win a larger or smaller piece.
This means that if I have 8 segments, I have to distribute them across 100%. Accordingly, I assign the lowest probability to the rarest win.
The rarest win should therefore be less than 5%, while the most frequent can occur significantly more often at 10-20%.

Scratch card 🎁

How it works:
The scratch card is set up in a similar way to the wheel of fortune: in the dashboard under "Gamification" -> Scratch card game. There you can easily create and customize the scratch card game yourself. Be sure to also create a banner slide that links to your scratch card game. You can see how this works here; it works the same way as the wheel of fortune.

Functionality

The Advent calendar consists of 24 days, the other two consist of 14 days.

Since there is a fixed door opening every day, it is also possible to attract customers with competitions in the calendar.

Since every user can open the same door, it is possible that many users have already redeemed the reward and are then frustrated because they receive the reward but cannot redeem it.

- Do not set Visible from, otherwise the doors will not be displayed on the calendar.
Correct example so that the rewards remain visible until the end of the calendar and the layout does not change:

- You can do it. imageDefine the background image that appears in the background of the calendar yourself (Christmas, roses, Easter eggs, etc. – whatever fits the theme).
- The graphic should be 681 x 1110 pixels and ideally in PNG format.
- Please provide the graphic without text/logos, as these may be obscured by the doors.
- Please also do not display any doors on the graphic; our system will do this for you.

You can customize the following areas of the calendar:
> Distribution of winnings (bonuses, points, or prize draws)
> Background image
> Layout of the "openings" (hearts, eggs, boxes), including color and line thickness, arrangement using fixed templates (3x2x3 or 4x6 openings)

Important information about the calendar:
✅ You cansetavalidity period.
✅ The calendar canbe accessedvia thebanner.
❓Please check whether you have filled your rewards | competitions with content (name, image, description text if applicable).
Open the reward assigned to the day and remove the category, or if you have a "standard-bounties" category, assign it to the reward, then it will be displayed in the normal rewards list. Users can then be notified via push notifications if necessary.
