The customer did not receive a password reset email.
The customer is most likely registered via Google, Facebook, or Apple. Hello again does not have access to these passwords.
As an admin, you can find this information in the dashboard:

Click on "Users" to access the user details.

Click on the blue eye next to the respective user to display further information.

Click on the "+" icon next to "More info" to view the details of the customer's registration in the app.
Please make sure that the user has confirmed their email address.
