Why isn't Facebook login working in my app?

If Facebook login isn't working in your app, there could be several technical reasons for this.

To resolve the issue, please send us a support request to support@helloagain.at with the following information:

• Which app is it?
• Are Android devices as well as iOS devices affected by this?
• What does the error message look like? Please take a screenshot of it and send it to us.

Once we have all the information, we can take care of it. In most cases, a request must be submitted to Facebook, which can take up to several days. 

However, we will be happy to keep you up to date via our support service and will inform you as soon as you can log in again.
