Explanation of the different ratings
Here we explain the difference between internal reviews, Google location reviews, and App Store reviews!
Internal evaluations
These reviews are only visible to your business and serve to gather valuable feedback. They help you identify what is going well and where there is room for improvement. Customers cannot see these reviews. You can find them under Content → Customer Reviews. Please note that this feature is only available with the Plus Plan or higher!

Google location reviews
These reviews come from customers who have left a review for one of your locations on Google. These are publicly visible reviews that can come from both app customers and non-app customers. These reviews often influence the trust of new customers and the perception of the location. You can find them under Content → Customer Reviews, provided you have the Plus Plan or a higher plan.

App Store reviews
These ratings refer to the ratings of your app in the app store, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. They are publicly visible and are submitted by users who have downloaded the app. These ratings are often shorter and usually include a star rating and a comment. They can influence the visibility of your app in the store and attract new users.
