The loyalty club is the basis of all our apps. This means that all our customers use it and benefit from its added value. Your customers can collect points and redeem rewards.

  • Registration in the loyalty club: Customers can start collecting points as soon as they register in the app.

  • Collect points when shopping: The next time you shop, you can scan the QR code on your receipt, for example for 4 rolls and 2 doughnuts, to add points to your account.

  1. Registration and data collection

    • Customers provide data during registration, whereby mandatory and optional fields can be used. You can define these yourself.
    • An integrated customer database (a dashboard in the background) enables easy management of this customer data.
  2. Collect points and receive rewards

    • Collect points: Customers can collect points through various activities such as scanning the QR code on their invoice, checking in, or recommending the service to friends.
    • Rewards: Customers receive rewards in exchange for the points they have collected.
  3. Administration and overview

    You can track all your customers' activities in the dashboard. There are many options available, such as real-time management, reward redemption history, and many other options that allow you to keep track of your customers.
