Thanks to an innovative solution from hello again, you can request or scan your customers' customer numbers at the point of sale (during the checkout process).
No expensive integration into the POS software is required. hello again uses the existing infrastructure.
After completing their purchase, customers receive a digital receipt as a push notification on their smartphone within a few seconds.
Points can also be awarded immediately without having to scan a fiscal QR code (according to RKSV or TSE).
The fiscal QR code can be scanned by customers as a fallback. Deduplication is possible if the invoice numbers on the invoice and the QR code match.
Customers receive an overview of receipts in the app and can access their invoices at any time.
