What does this feature offer?
With Device Login, your customers can use the app immediately without registering, meaning they don't have to sign up. This makes getting started super easy and ensures that more people try out the app. They can collect points right away without having to sign up—registration is only necessary if they want to permanently save their points. The term "device user" comes from the fact that the login is based on the device and not on a personal registration. So the person is still anonymous, but the device is registered. This allows you to communicate with the user even if you don't know them yet – you can reach them via their device.
What exactly can this function do?

When your customers open the app for the first time, a "device user" is automatically created. This means they can immediately use the app, collect points, and view content—without having to register. If they later want to permanently save their points, they can register as normal at any time and add data to their profile.
How it works in the dashboard/app:

In the app:
Your customers can start right away without entering their details. The device is registered in the background. If they want to add their details later, they can do so at any time. -
In the dashboard:
You can see all "device users" in the dashboard. They appear in your contact details and in the analytics under the download statistics. This allows you to communicate specifically with customers who have not yet completed their registration.
