You should ask yourself the following questions at the outset:
- When should which push notifications/email newsletters be sent?
Tip: an action for every touchpoint! - Which messages can be automated and which should you set manually?
e.g., automated birthday message, manual event invitation, etc. - How often should you change or exchange rewards?
Pay attention to customer frequency, i.e., how often your customers shop with you. - What activities can you use to offer your customers added value?
For example, a nice message in the morning, a special bonus, etc.

We also offer a predefined customer journey set of automated messages (push and email) that can be activated with a click of the mouse. You can select your desired campaigns or create all messages at once.

Once created, you can edit and customize these pre-written messages individually or use them directly. Once the pre-written campaigns have been created, they are immediately ready for use and are automatically sent to the relevant customers once the condition (e.g., customer inactive for 30 days) has been met.
Campaigns can be suspended by clicking on "Deactivate" in the message itself.
