Through playful elements and challenges, you encourage customers to interact more.

What exactly can this function do?

  • Challenges motivate your customers to interact more and, as a result, to make purchases.
  • You can add any content and participation conditions you like to your challenges in the dashboard. 
  • Of course, you can also use the different segments here and release a specific challenge to a particular customer segment.
  • It is also possible to limit these in time as a special offer, such as an Easter challenge.

  • Challenges encourage your customers to interact more and, as a result, make purchases, thereby increasing your sales. 
  • The more specific the challenges are, and the more your customers can identify with them, the more likely they are to want to successfully complete these challenges. 
  • Your customers will be motivated to remain active in the app over the long term.

The functions in detail

  • You can create, edit, and delete challenges in the dashboard.
  • Challenges can have a validity period and a visibility period.
  • There are currently the following requirements for completing a challenge:
    • Check-in at a defined location
    • Scan of an RKSV/TSE QR code
    • Correct answers to a quiz
    • Submitting a form
  • When completing a challenge, the following actions can be performed:
    • Assign customers to a segment
    • Awarding customer points
    • Customers can participate in a contest.
  • Challenges can be linked together by assigning a segment.
