# Promotions

Dieser Artikel fasst Best Practice Promotions unserer erfolgreichsten Kund:innen allgemein zusammen. Nutze diese Beispiele, um deine App attraktiv zu gestalten und um mit  deinen Kund:innen zu interagieren. 

### Saisonale Aktionen

- Oster-Suchspiel/Halloween-Suchspiel/Weihnachts-Suchspiel/Schnitzeljagd 
    - Erforderliche Features: Stempelpass und Coupons
    - Ablauf: Es werden X QR-Codes (Coupons) an unterschiedlichen Orten versteckt. Wenn der Kund:in mind. X Coupons findet und als Stempel in die App einscannt , wird z.B. ein Gewinnspiel freigeschalten, an dem der User teilnehmen kann.

- Prämien auf Feste (Saisonal – Tag des Brotes, Halloweenprämie,...) anpassen
- Quiz/Abstimmungen über Umfragen bei z.B. sportlichen Veranstaltungen (EM, WM, …) einstellen und ein Tippspiel daraus gestalten

### Funktionen nutzen

- Prämien 
    - z.B. Family & Friends Prämie: 20% auf den Einkauf und 10% auf reduzierte Ware nur für App-Nutzer:innen
- Einkaufspunkte 
    - Doppelte Punkte für einen Einkauf, z.B. Doppelter Freitag
- Couponing 
    - Flyer mit bepunkteten QR-Codes (Coupons) an unterschiedlichen Orten austeilen, um User zum Punkte sammeln anzuregen
    - Ab einem bestimmten Einkaufswert bekommt man einen Coupon mit XX Punkten zusätzlich

- - Mit Glücksrad (physisch am POS als auch digital in der App) Punkte über Coupons oder Prämien erspielen
    - Couponscan mit Facebook Location Check-in wird ausgelöst und mit extra Punkten belohnt
    - Couponscan in Flugblättern und Flyern

- Gewinnspiele 
    - Gewinnspiele NUR für App-Nutzer:innen (Werbung über alle Kanäle)

- Check-ins 
    - Bei Veranstaltungen gibt es doppelt Punkte für Check-ins
- Challenges 
    - Der User checkt 3x in der Woche ein und erhält besonderen Status/ eine Prämie/ kann an einem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen

- Prämien 
    - Tagesspecials/Wochenspecials/Monatsspecials

- - Limitierungen einsetzen und den Verknappungseffekt nutzen 
          - Monatsprämie, Wochenprämie (nur 10 Stk.), …

- Mitarbeiteraktionen -\> Specialprämien nur für Mitarbeiter:innen
- Freunde einladen-Aktionen 
    - Regelmäßig Punkte für Freundeinladungen erhöhen inkl. regelmäßiger Kommunikation, z.B. Jetzt Freunde einladen und X Punkte kassieren!
- Bewertungen 
    - Bewertungsmöglichkeit zusätzlich via Push-Nachricht ausschicken und extra Punkte dafür vergeben

### Best Practices

- Reise durch Österreich (Wien, Linz, Salzburg,...) inkl. Promotionstand mit Verkostung, Checkin, Glücksrad, etc.
- Download-Coupon auf LKW
- Unterschiedliche Werbemittel nutzen / anders / weiter denken 
    - Nikolaustüten
    - Müsliriegel
    - App Bewerbung auf Punschstand-Tassen
    - Osterhase/Weihnachtsmann teilt Coupons aus

- - QR-Codes auf Mülleimer
- Werbemittel neu gestalten 
    - Mitarbeiter mit Download QR-Code am T-Shirt
    - Floorsticker
    - Radio-Werbung
    - Influencer anwerben für App-Werbung auf Social Media
