[Starter Plan](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hello-again-funktionsbeschreibung?hsLang=de#starter-plan) # Neukunden-Akquise-Funktion (Freunde einladen) ## Kund:innen können Freund:innen zu deiner App einladen und bei einer erfolgreichen Anmeldung Punkte erhalten. #### Der Mehrwert für dich - Du generierst neue Kund:innen (Neukundenakquise). - Durch die Belohnung deiner bestehenden Kund:innen motivierst du sie noch mehr neue Kund:innen zu akquirieren. - Außerdem fördert die Belohnung deiner bestehenden Kund:innen deren Bindung zu deinem Unternehmen. - Mundpropaganda auf einem neuen & digitalen Level - es macht das Empfehlen einfacher. - Transparenz der tatsächlichen Empfehlungen - du weißt genau, wie viele Freund:innen eingeladen wurden & welche deiner bestehenden Kund:innen treibende Kräfte hierbei sind. #### Was kann diese Funktion genau? Bestehende Kund:innen haben die Möglichkeit, Freund:innen für den App-Download über einen Link oder Scan eines QR-Codes einzuladen.  - Das geht ganz einfach über Facebook, WhatsApp, SMS, E-Mail etc. - Durch das Hinzufügen einer persönlichen Nachricht werben deine bestehenden Kund:innen neue Kund:innen. - Das ist Mundpropaganda auf digitalem Level. Erfolgt eine Registrierung der eingeladenen Freund:innen, kannst du bestehende Kund:innen dafür belohnen und ihnen Treue-Punkte gutschreiben. - So stärkst du die Kundenbindung und gewinnst zugleich neue Kund:innen. In deinem[Dashboard](https://www.hello-again.com/feature/dashboard/) siehst du im Live-Feed ebenso wie in den Kontaktdetails die Summe aller getätigten Einladungen.   #### Die Funktionen im Detail - Kund:innen können über einen Einladungslink Freund:innen zur Nutzung deiner App einladen. - Dieser Link kann über SMS, E-Mail, Whatsapp, Facebook und weitere Kommunikationskanäle versendet werden. - Ebenso steht ein QR-Code zur Verfügung, der von Freund:innen gescannt werden kann. - Jene Person, die eingeladen wird als auch jene, die eine andere eingeladen hat, kann mit Punkten belohnt werden. - Optional kann auch eine andere erfolgreiche Interaktion (z.B. RKSV/TSE-Scan) ausgewählt werden, die durchgeführt werden muss, bevor ein:e Nutzer:in als “erfolgreich eingeladen” gilt. - Der Einladungstext kann individuell angepasst werden. - Der Einladungscode wird automatisch bei der Registrierung der eingeladenen Person vorausgefüllt. - Ein:e neu registrierte:r Nutzer:in kann noch innerhalb von 24 Stunden einen Einladungscode im Profil eingeben. - Erfolgreiche Freundeseinladungen werden im Live-Feed des Dashboards angezeigt und in den Kontaktdetails der jeweiligen beteiligten Kund:innen. - Die Belohnungen für Freundeseinladungen können limitiert werden.
