# Kassenanbindung von BITS (Brandt Software)

## Mit dieser Anbindung zu Brandt Software BITS können Umsätze von Kund:innen bonifiziert werden.

Ablauf:

1. Registrierung  
   Nach der Registrierung erhalten Kund:innen in der App eine digitale Kundenkarte
2. Punkte sammeln  
   Die digitale Kundenkarte wird im Zuge des Einkaufvorgangs an der Kasse eingescannt und der Umsatz kann in Punkte umgewandelt werden.
3. Prämien einlösen  
   Kund:innen können Prämien durch Vorzeigen gegenüber dem Kassenpersonal einlösen.
4. Digitaler Rechnungsbeleg  
   Der digitale Rechnungsbeleg wird in der App abgelegt und ist dort abrufbar.
5. Datenübermittlung  
   Nachdem der Belegtext übertragen wird, können Produktdaten im hello again Dashboard angezeigt werden.
6. Sonstiges  
   Sollte Kund:innen bereits im BITS angelegt sein, kann die bestehende Nummer an der Kasse verknüpft werden.
7. Segmentierung und Auswertung  
   \- Segmente können erstellt werden (Abhängigkeit zu hello again Plänen)  
   \- Kaufhistorie eines Nutzers ist ersichtlich  
   \- Analyse des Einkaufverhaltens ist möglich
