# Filialfinder

## Alle Standorte können in Listen- und Kartenform integriert werden. So sehen Kund:innen sofort die nächstgelegene Filiale.

#### **Was kann diese Funktion genau?**

Alle Filialen in einem Überblick:

- Für deine Standorte gibt es zwei mögliche Darstellungen:  
    - einerseits werden die Standorte in einer Liste angeführt
    - sowie eine geografische Übersichtskarte mit allen Adressen angezeigt.
- Im [Dashboard](https://www.hello-again.com/feature/dashboard/) kannst du zu jedem einzelnen Standort eigene Bilder, Öffnungszeiten und Kontaktdaten hinzufügen.

- Deinen Kund:innen wird abhängig vom Standort die nächstgelegene Filiale vorgeschlagen. Durch die Anbindung an Google bzw. Apple Maps, können sich Kund:innen direkt aus der App heraus zu dir navigieren lassen. So finden Kund:innen von überall zu deinem nächstgelegenen Standort.

#### **Der Mehrwert für dich**

- Du bietest deinen Kund:innen die Möglichkeit, deine unterschiedlichen Filialen ganz schnell und einfach zu finden. Dadurch besuchen sie dich auch, wenn sie unterwegs sind.
- Google bzw. Apple Maps ermöglicht es deinen Kund:innen noch viel einfacher direkt den Weg in deine Filialen zu finden.
- Du hast alle wichtigen Details über deine Filialen zur Verfügung:  
    - Kontaktdaten: Direktanruf, Direktmail senden
    - Öffnungszeiten
    - Bilder
    - Informationen: z.B. diese Filiale ist spezialisiert auf…
    - Filteroption: Wir können die Filialübersicht in Kategorien einteilen und User danach filtern

#### **Die Funktionen im Detail**

- Wähle aus 2 Darstellungen aus: 
    - einfache Listenansicht mit Filialname, Adresse, Bild und Entfernung zur Filiale vom freigegebenen Nutzerstandort.
    - eine visuelle Ansicht mit je nach Filiale einstellbaren Hintergrundbildern, die als Listeneinträge dienen.
- Im [Dashboard](https://www.hello-again.com/feature/dashboard/) kannst du zu jedem einzelnen Standort eigene Bilder, Öffnungszeiten und Kontaktdaten hinzufügen.

- Du kannst auch nur mit Angabe der Google Places ID die Filialdaten direkt von Google Places einmal am Tag synchronisieren lassen. Dabei musst du dann z.B. Öffnungszeiten nur bei Google Places, oder einem anderen Tool mit dem du Google Places steuerst, anpassen.
- Texte zu Filialen sind auch übersetzbar, sofern du die Mehrsprachigkeitsfunktion freigeschalten hast.
