How can I limit the number of reward redemptions?
If a reward is to be redeemable only to a limited extent, e.g., welcome rewards should only be redeemable once, then this must be taken into account when creating the reward.
To allow only a limited number of redemptions for a reward, proceed as follows:
1.) Go to Incentives > Rewards.
2.) Create your new reward as usual. Complete the creation process by clicking on "Create reward."
3.) Click on the reward again to edit it.
4.) Go to the "Redemption" section.
5.) Check the box next to "Limit maximum number of redemptions."
6.) Enter the number of redemptions you are allowed under "Maximum redemptions."
7.) Save your changes.
