Why can't I scan the QR code on my receipt?

Please check the following points:

• Is the quality of the QR code printed on the receipt clearly legible?

• Is the QR code dirty or damaged?

• Are there any distortions in the QR code? These could be printing problems that prevent the QR code scanner from reading the code.

• Check the operating system: Is the smartphone's camera quality acceptable?

If any of these problems occur, the QR code may not be scanned properly.
