Es sollte eine hauptverantwortliche Person für das Treueprogramm geben, welche in Absprache mit diversen Stakeholdern für den Inhalt und die Betreuung zuständig ist. Ein sogenannter **Super User** ist genau dieser primäre Betreuer des hello again Dashboards.
