1. The Loyalty Report 2025 is here!
This year, we once again surveyed 2,000 customers in the DACH region about what digital customer loyalty should look like. As in previous years, we gained exciting insights into the latest trends in digital customer loyalty! This year, we also have exclusive figures specifically from Germany and Switzerland in separate reports.

2. New page: User details
The user details page will also soon have a fresh new look! We have made the page clearer to make editing customer details even easier for you!

This allows you to access the most important information about each customer more quickly and efficiently. A particularly useful new feature is that you can pin fields that are important to you—such as the email address—at the top of the contact page. This means you always have the most important information at your fingertips and can respond quickly. The new user details page will be automatically activated for you in the next few weeks! You can find the user details under Customers → Customers and when you click on a customer's edit icon.
2. New page: Customer reviews
Have you discovered it yet? The customer reviews page will soon be shining in all its glory in your dashboard! Reviews are a key success factor for your business: they give you valuable feedback, strengthen the trust of new customers, and help you to continuously improve your offering.

Here, for example, you can see the new view of internal ratings.
Here we have briefly summarized what has changed for you:
- Internal and external reviews on one page: You can now see both your internal reviews and Google ratings clearly on one page.
- AI-powered summary: Our AI summarizes your reviews and shows you the positive mentions and areas for improvement at a glance—without you having to read every single review.
- Evaluation by branch: Reviews can now be viewed by branch. Here, too, a compact AI summary is available to you!
- Recognize connections: Internal ratings (4 stars or higher) are forwarded to Google location ratings. You can now also see how average ratings develop over time.
This feature will be available to all customers on the Plus Plan or higher in the coming weeks. You can find customer reviews under Content → Customer Reviews.
