My bonus is not visible in the app?

If your reward is not displayed in the app, this may be due to the following reasons:

• You have set a validity or visibility that lies in the future or in the past.
• You have set a segment membership as a prerequisite and are not a member of this segment.
• The bonus is set to inactive. Check the box next to active and click save to activate the bonus.
