Procedure:

1. Registration
   After registering, customers receive a digital customer card in the app.
2. Collect points
   The digital customer card is scanned at the checkout during the purchase process and the sales amount can be converted into points.
3. Redeeming rewards
   Customers can redeem rewards by presenting them to the checkout staff.
4. 
   digital invoice receipt The digital invoice receipt is stored in the app and can be accessed there.
5. Data transfer
   Once the receipt text has been transferred, product data can be displayed in the hello again dashboard.
6. Other
   If customers are already registered in BITS, the existing number can be linked at the checkout.
7. Segmentation and evaluation
   - Segments can be created (depending on hello again plans)
   - A user's purchase history is visible
   - Analysis of purchasing behavior is possible
