Challenges π―
Challenges help you motivate customers to interact more and make purchases in a playful way. In the dashboard, you can create individual campaigns, target specific customer groups, and offer limited-time challenges such as an Easter campaign.

Display & management:
Challenges appear in a separate tab in the app. Goals, requirements, and necessary actions are defined and set in advance in the dashboard.

π Creating a challenge: Step by step
1οΈβ£ Navigation β Go to Incentives β Challenges in the dashboard.
2οΈβ£ Create a new challenge β Click on "Create new challenge."
3οΈβ£ Define basic information
- Name β Give your challenge a title.
- Activate β Check the box to make the challenge visible in the app.
- Order (optional) β Determine the position in the app list.
- Preview text & description β Add brief & detailed information about the challenge. This should motivate your customers to take part in the challenge.
- Validity & visibility period β Set the period.
- Terms and conditions (optional) - Here is space for more detailed information about your challenge.
- Segment selection (optional) β If the challenge is only intended for certain users (e.g., women, men, over 30, etc.).
- Add images (optional) β Upload preview images, your company logo, and any other graphics you may have.
- Enable manual completion (optional) - Allow customers to complete the challenge manually
4οΈβ£ Define requirements β What do customers need to do to complete the challenge?
- Check-in β Customers must make a certain number of visits to defined locations (e.g., check in 5 times at the store).
- Receipt scan β A purchase receipt with an RKSV/TSE QR code must be scanned to complete the challenge (e.g., make three purchases).
- Form β The challenge is completed when customers fill out a specific form (e.g., a survey or registration form).
- Coupon redeemed β The challenge is completed as soon as customers activate and redeem a specific coupon (e.g., 10% discount on their next purchase).
- Quiz β Customers must answer a quiz correctly to complete the challenge (e.g., correctly answer three questions on a specific topic).
- Friend invitation β The challenge is considered successfully completed when customers have invited a certain number of friends who also register (e.g., recruit three new members).
5οΈβ£ Define actions upon completion β What happens when customers successfully complete the challenge?
- Award points β Customers receive a set number of loyalty points as a reward (e.g., 500 points for successful participation).
- Segment assignment β Customers are automatically assigned to a new customer group (segment) to enable targeted follow-up actions (e.g., "VIP customers" after completing a premium challenge).
- Competition entry β Upon completion of the challenge, customers are automatically registered for a competition (e.g., entry into a prize draw for exclusive prizes).
