[FAQs](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/incentivierung?hsLang=de#faqs) # Einmal eingelöste Prämien sollen nicht mehr sichtbar sein? ## Einmal eingelöste Prämien können direkt über die Prämiendetails oder über Segmente nach Einlösung auf unsichtbar gestellt werden. Vorgehen beim Ausblenden einmal eingelöster Prämien über Prämiendetails: 1.) Erstelle eine neue Prämie. 2.) Bearbeite diese Prämie und wechsle in die Prämiendetails. 3.) Unter den *Erweiterten Einstellungen* gehe auf *Einlösung*. 4.) Setze dort die *Einlösebeschränkung je Kunde* auf "*1*" und "*Für immer*". 5.) Wenn du 4.) wie beschrieben eingestellt hast, siehst du eine Checkbox "*Prämie nach Einlösung ausblenden*". Setze diese auf aktiv und speichere deine Einstellungen. Alternativ kannst du das Ausblenden von eingelösten Prämien über Segmente lösen, wie nachstehend beschrieben: -Erstelle die Prämie X und setze das Limit, dass diese nur einmalig einlösbar ist. -Erstelle ein automatisiertes Segment, mit dem Auslöser "Prämie X eingelöst".  -Erstelle ein zweites Segment, dass Kunden aus dem ersten Segment ausschließt.  -Bearbeite die Prämie und füge als Voraussetzung das zweite Segment hinzu.  Hier ein konkretes Beispiel mit einer Willkommensprämie:  -Willkommensprämie erstellen -Segment "Prämie eingelöst": Auslöser für das Segment = Willkommensprämie eingelöst ![](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-22-2023-08-19-07-2030-AM.png) -zweites Segment: Auslöser Segment "Prämie eingelöst" und den Haken setzen bei Segment ausschließen ![](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hubfs/image-png-Sep-22-2023-08-20-13-6464-AM.png) -Gehe zurück zur Prämie und wähle bei den Einstellungen als Voraussetzung für die Prämie das Segment Willkommensprämie nicht mehr sehen aus.    -
