[Registrierungsflow / Login](http://knowledge.helloagain.com/einstellungen?hsLang=de#registrierungsflow-login) # Device Login (Anonymer App Login) ## Hier erfährst du alles rund um den Device Login! ### **Der Mehrwert** **Was bringt dieses Feature?** Mit dem Device Login können deine Kund:innen die App sofort und ohne Registrierung nutzen, das heißt sie müssen sich nicht registrieren. Das macht den Einstieg super einfach und sorgt dafür, dass mehr Leute die App ausprobieren. Sie können sofort Punkte sammeln, ohne sich anmelden zu müssen – eine Registrierung wird erst nötig, wenn sie ihre Punkte dauerhaft sichern möchten. Der Begriff „Device User“ kommt daher, dass die Anmeldung auf dem Gerät basiert und nicht auf einer persönlichen Registrierung. Die Person ist also noch anonym, aber das Gerät wird registriert. Dadurch kannst du auch dann mit dem Nutzer kommunizieren, wenn du ihn noch nicht kennst – du erreichst ihn über sein Gerät. ### **Was kann diese Funktion genau?** **Beschreibung des Features:** Wenn deine Kund:innen die App das erste Mal öffnen, wird automatisch ein „Device User“ erstellt. Das heißt, sie können sofort die App nutzen, Punkte sammeln und Inhalte ansehen – ohne sich registrieren zu müssen. Sollten sie später ihre Punkte dauerhaft sichern wollen, können sie sich jederzeit normal registrieren und ihrem Profil Daten hinzufügen. **Funktionsweise im Dashboard/App:** - **In der App:** Deine Kund:innen können sofort starten, ohne ihre Daten einzugeben. Im Hintergrund wird das Gerät registriert. Falls sie später ihre Daten hinzufügen möchten, können sie das jederzeit tun. - **Im Dashboard:** Du kannst im Dashboard alle „Device User“ sehen. Sie erscheinen in deinen Kontaktdetails und in den Analytics unter den Downloadstatistiken.
