Nach dem Einloggen wirst du auf die Startseite geleitet, die dir einen schnellen Überblick über deine App-Aktivitäten bietet. **Hauptmerkmale der Startseite:** - **Wichtige Kennzahlen:** - **Kunden:** Anzahl der Registrierungen in der App. - **Monatlich aktive Kunden:** Anzahl der monatlich aktiven Benutzer:innen der App. - **Social Share:** Anzahl der Facebook-Postings und Freunde-Einladungen. - **Downloads:** Anzahl der App-Downloads. - **Umsatz:** Von App-Usern generierter Umsatz. - **Scans:** Anzahl der gescannten QR-Codes. - **Live-Feed:** Zeigt in Echtzeit, wie deine Kund:innen mit deinem Business interagieren. ![dashboard-1](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/dashboard-1.png?width=688&height=284&name=dashboard-1.png)   ### **1. Überblick: Startseite** - **Was sehe ich hier?** Die Startseite bietet dir eine Übersicht über die wichtigsten Kennzahlen deines Treue-Clubs: Anzahl der Kunden, Einkäufe, Umsatz, Neukunden usw. - **Was kann ich tun?** Verschaffe dir einen schnellen Überblick über deine Performance seit Beginn und der letzten 30 Tage. ### **2. Menüleiste (links)** Die Menüleiste ist dein Ausgangspunkt für alle Funktionen. Schnelleinstellungen (rechts oben, Plus-Symbol)** - **Was kann ich hier tun?** Häufig genutzte Funktionen wie das Anlegen neuer Prämien, Kampagnen oder Einstellungen sind hier schnell erreichbar. ### **4. Hilfe & Support** - **Was tun, wenn ich nicht weiterkomme?** Links in der Menüleiste findest du den **'Hilfe & Support'-Button.** Klicke darauf, um zur Hilfeseite zu gelangen: Dort kannst du in der FAQ-Suche nach Antworten auf deine Fragen suchen und, falls du nicht weiterkommst, über den Punkt **'Kontakt'** das Support-Team erreichen.
