Öffne die App und gehe zu **„Neuen Beleg archivieren“**. - Fotografiere die Rechnung mit deinem Smartphone. ![IMG\_7078](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_7078.png?width=198&height=429&name=IMG_7078.png) **2.   Rechnung hochladen** Die aufgenommenen Bilder werden direkt in die App hochgeladen. - Alle hochgeladenen Rechnungen findest du unter: **Tools → Belegwarteschlange** - Du kannst hier alle hochgeladenen Rechnungen prüfen: - - **Freigeben**: Wenn alles korrekt ist. - **Ablehnen**: Bei fehlerhaften oder unvollständigen Belegen. #### **Schritte zur Bearbeitung** 1.   Gehe ins **Dashboard -\> Weitere Tools**: Klicke auf das **blaue Auge** in der Belegliste, um die Belegdetails zu öffnen. ![Blaues Auge Belegwarteschlange](https://knowledge.helloagain.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Blaues%20Auge%20Belegwarteschlange.png?width=688&height=266&name=Blaues%20Auge%20Belegwarteschlange.png) - - Hier siehst du Informationen wie: - **Name** - **E-Mail** - **Hochgeladen am: Datum** 2.   Fülle die folgenden Felder aus: - - **Standort** - **Gesamtbetrag des Belegs** - **Begründung** (nur bei Ablehnung erforderlich) 3.   Wähle eine Aktion: - **Bei Akzeptanz**: Die Punkte wurden gutgeschrieben. - **Bei Ablehnung**: Der Beleg wurde abgelehnt. ### **Vorteile für Kund:innen** - **Schnelle Einreichung**: Einfache Nutzung direkt über die App. -
